Hi!

My two cents: the literacy boards. I'm not sure the amount of paragraphs per post is a good way to rate literacy. I say this only because I know that at times, writing five paragraphs is just fluff. If the scene is dialogue heavy between the main characters, two paragraphs is usually enough. Otherwise you end up god-modding through things just to reach an arbitrary paragraph limit.

Also, there is no section for OOC boards or threads that I see. I tend to find at least places to track information useful, so setting aside a section for that could be good. I also know some people enjoy OOC boards to hash out plot ideas, particularly if the RP has more than two players.

That is all, cheers!

I'm just throwing suggestions out there but could something like this work?

"Five paragraphs unless dialogue-heavy, in which case two paragraphs is fine." That may be a completely stupid idea because I'm thinking as I'm typing.

we could I'm still trying to decide if I want to put guidelines or not. I think I'll wait to see who all joins and if I need to specify, then I will. I''ve really only been recruiting experienced players so we don't run into silly problems.
